Corrections

If a price is out of date or a capability is wrong, tell us which page and what is wrong. Corrections are free, do not require a relationship, and we will update the review date when we make one.

Vendors

We add vendors on merit. Being added, being ranked higher, and having a limitation removed are all things that cannot be bought — see the methodology page. If your pricing page blocks automated access, send us the current figures and a public URL and we will verify them by hand.

What to include

Corrections move fastest when the message contains three things: the page URL, the figure or claim that is wrong, and a public source showing the correct version. A vendor pricing page, a published rate card or a documentation URL are all fine. We re-verify against the source ourselves rather than taking the correction on trust, so a message without a checkable reference simply takes longer to process.

If the correction concerns a price behind a login or a quote-only plan, say so explicitly. We record those as "quote only" rather than guessing, and a vendor telling us a number we cannot verify publicly will be attributed to the vendor rather than presented as an observed price.

What we cannot act on

We do not accept payment for inclusion, placement or the removal of a limitation, so requests of that kind get a short reply pointing back at the methodology page. We also cannot remove a factually accurate limitation because it is commercially inconvenient — if the underlying product changes, though, that is a correction and we will make it.

Requests for bespoke vendor shortlists, procurement consulting or referrals to resellers are outside what this site does. The comparison pages are the product.

Response times

This is a small independent site, not a staffed support desk. Pricing corrections are usually actioned within a few working days because they are quick to verify. Larger changes — re-testing a product, revising a ranking, adding a vendor — are batched into the normal review cycle and can take longer. You will get an acknowledgement either way.
